The most important yardstick to measure the standards of an educational institution, especially a professional educational institution is the number of placements the students get in well known corporate organizations. At Laqshya we have a strong placement cell and it organizes campus recruitment programs for the students of final year so that they can make a smooth transition from academic career to professional career. The Placement cell at Laqshya Group of Colleges maintains constant communication with leading Business houses and is the synonym of guiding the student community towards the opportunities they deserve. The cell invites knowledgeable senior executives of different organizations to visit the campus and interact with our students on current trends in human resources development and their expectations about future. The cell also invites the various industrial organizations for pre-placement talks.
Our efforts have started bearing fruits and the first batch of the B.Tech final year students of Laqshya achieved the distinction of reaching the landmark of 165 placements in well known corporate organizations. Deriving inspiration from this success, we set ourselves a goat of achieving 100% placements for the next batch of B.Tech students.
The college has entered into an agreement with Hyderabad based training organization called e-curve, which trains students to bring about improvement in their employability. This initiative has been taken with the goal of achieving 100 percent placements. In this regard the college management is very pro-active. So the parents can feel reassured about the future of their children.
